I'm not sure where to start. I graduated from college. Kinda . . . weird? Cool? HOLY FREAKIN' GREAT! And now, as I apply for job after job, I have time on my hands and I've been arting, which is a surprise to me. Usually after a semester is done I'm so burnt out I want nothing to do with art for a little while. I guess what happened was Campaigns (my big, final scary project. We're talking like no sleep, no eat for a semester) burned me out and left me with my first serious case of artist's block for a long time. I'll be the first to admit, I'm camera stupid. I've got not much of an idea of how to operate a camera other than turn it on, click the button to take a picture. Sometimes I can manage to stumble my way onto the menu that lets you look at the other pictures you've taken. This is the extent of my camera know-how. For real. I just learned how to focus a camera today. I didn't know you had to focus a camera. I just noticed sometimes a image was blurry and sometimes it was not. But that's going to change this semester!!!!! I'm taking beginning photography, and I'll learn how to take pictures on an old film camera and develop them in a darkroom

But that day has yet to come. Soon, though. Other than that, the semester's started. Graphics II is fairly easy. Typography is hell. Figure Drawing is relaxing. I'm doing alright. Have a job. Have the art. Learning much. I've already started with my Honors Thesis. Which is a bit big for me to wrap my head around because it seems so near and far at the same time. I'll have some art up soon. Got a couple things to post up from classes and normal art I did. I just need to do it.
